For artist Mimi Yoon, there is no concrete definition for art. To her it is simply that "art is". Mimi's artwork vibrates with tangible and sensual beauty and honesty. It subtly allure then climaxes to demand attention and is immediately unforgettable.

At times, Mimi works intuitively without speculating what the piece will be about using her mood as her medium inviting the audience to drift off on emotional journeys. But her more recent works scream subtle social statements embracing both femininity and strength of women.
